Please note, if you cancel your visit due to inclement weather, transportation failure, non-arrival of party members, illness, fire bans or late arrival we can not offer any refunds. The same applies if you decide to cut your stay short for any reason.
Please check out our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Please take a look at the Prices section on the campsite pages to see our price lists. For glamping / Bell Tents at Harry’s Campsites – you’ll need to visit the Glamping page.
Harry’s Field is a family orientated, smaller campsite with more permanent facilities such as flushing toilets. It is in the centre of a village, with a pub next door and a village cafe nearby. There are walks and cycle rides from the gate and ponies and their foals surround the campsite.
Harry’s Meadow is set in the stunning grounds of a stately home with huge views and spectacular sunsets. There is plenty of room for all to spread out and for adults to tuck themselves away from families if they prefer. There is a village shop and excellent pub within short walking distance, walks and cycle rides from the gate and wild swimming spots nearby.
The Old Airfield is in the heart of the New Forest. A spacious campsite with big skies, near the most wonderful beaches, family orientated but large areas set aside for Adult only camping. There are walks and cycle rides from the gate, ponies and their foals surround the camping areas.
On your day of arrival, we can welcome you from 1pm for camping pitches, and for Bell Tents it’s 2pm. Please arrive by 9pm.

Please note: showers and the kitchen area will be closed from 10.30am on the departure days.
Harry’s Field is well-spaced, and the pitches are generous; at least 10m x 10m in size. Your tents and cars will need to be kept within your designated pitch space.
Our other two campsites – Harry’s Meadow and The Old Airfield – do not offer pre-allocated tent pitches, as the campsites are very large. You can choose where you would like to pitch.
Harry’s Field All pitches are pre-allocated so please let us know at the time of booking if you are camping with friends. We will try to pitch you together. We do not allow large groups.
Our other two campsites – Harry’s Meadow and The Old Airfield – do not offer pre-allocated tent pitches, as the campsites are very large. You can choose where you would like to pitch.
At Harry’s Field, we cannot accommodate large groups: We only accept group bookings of up to 3 pitches booked together.
For larger group bookings this may be possible at one of our other two campsites – Harry’s Meadow and The Old Airfield – depending on the time of year and group size.
Only pre-arranged group bookings of an acceptable size will be permitted at either campsite. If your group has all booked individually without disclosing they are camping as a group, you run the risk of being turned away on arrival without any refund.
When booking please make a note of the lead booker’s name, so we can make sure we all know you’re together.
Gazebos are £6.50/night extra at The Old Airfield and £10/night at Harry’s Field. You can bring windbreakers, but please do not bring event shelters to Harry’s Field as they are too large. We do allow these at Harry’s Meadow and The Old Airfield, however.
You are only allowed 1 tent per pitch.
Quiet generators are only permitted for certain hours of the day, and this is at the manager’s discretion.
Please check with us before bringing any generators to our campsites.

If you have extra vehicles, they can be left at an off-site location within close proximity – for £6.50 per day. Please let us know if you wish to bring extra vehicles, as it will need to be organised by prior arrangement.
Please note: We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to any vehicle or it’s contents during your stay – whether situated on or off-site.

Please also clean up after your dog. We provide dog waste bins inside the gate. There are no dog waste bins in this area of the New Forest so it is best to let nature take it’s course. Never leave poo bags anywhere in the Forest!
At Harry’s Field there is hot, running water and sinks for washing up in the communal kitchen area. Please fill the washing up bowls provided, and use one of the tables to wash up – in order to make space for other campers. There are electric sockets for charging devices and blowing up airbeds. We have freezers that are only for ice blocks (we couldn’t possibly provide enough fridges for all our campers’ drinks!)
At Harry’s Meadow and The Old Airfield we have washing up stations with cold running water, washing up liquid and bowls are provided.
Yes. Fires are allowed, but only in fire pits – fires are not permitted to be lit on the ground. Disposable barbeques are not allowed due to the wildfire fire risk they pose.
Unfortunately, we are now in a position that we cannot allow you to bring your own fire pit. To ensure the ash is disposed of responsibly, only our fire pits which have long legs may be used. With the dry weather, the risk of fire is too high.
Grills can also be hired for £5 (to cover cleaning costs)
Please note:
All fires must be lit lit away from the hedgerows. Please take time to note the positions of the fire buckets that are situated around the field.
In periods of very dry weather we will only permit our own fire pits to be used (this is for safety, as they have longer legs). In extremely hot weather, fires may not be permitted due to the risk of spread of fire.
At Harry’s Field we have a small, well stocked shop which sells local produce including local meat for the BBQ, milk, eggs, jams, cakes, marshmallows and a small stock of general groceries.
We serve freshly ground barista coffee and we bake fresh croissants and pain au chocolate in the mornings. Cash payments only please.
Harry’s Meadow and The Old Airfield do not have a shop, but we do have freshly ground barista coffee in the mornings, and freshly baked croissant and pain au choc.
Harry’s Field and Harry’s Meadow – the nearby town of Fordingbridge has a good array of shops, including a large Co-op and there is a Waitrose in Ringwood.
The Old Airfield – there is Sainsbury’s on Lyndhurst Road, Christchurch which is 10 minds drive away (4 miles).
Shopping deliveries can be ordered to the campsites, please just make sure you are there to accept delivery!
You can find the campsite addresses on the contact page.

Yes you will need to order the pizzas when you arrive at the campsite. They cannot be pre-booked ahead of arrival.
There is pizza every night at The Old Airfield and Harry’s Meadow, and on Saturdays at Harry’s Field.
Please take a look at our campsites pages, for information of local pubs and eateries that we recommend.
We are avid recyclers, and our local council won’t accept glass in the general rubbish. Keep your glass separate and deposit it in the glass recycling bins. We expect our campers to recycle where ever possible.
We ask that there is no music or radios listened to on site. Sound travels far more than one would think, and we do not want your neighbour campers to have to listen to your playlist – no matter how good it may be!
At 10.30pm we would ask that you be aware that others around you are trying to sleep and you must keep all noise to a minimum. We will come around and make sure that you are not still laughing around your campfires, as it can be terribly irritating to others around you.
By 11pm please ensure that there is absolute quiet, so that our campers can all get a good nights sleep. We will come and check that this is adhered to. If we have missed anyone making noise on the site please notify the campsite manager in person or by text or phone call.
