Nestled deep in the verdant heart of the magical New Forest National Park, Harry’s Meadow is a charming camping spot providing the perfect escape for families, and friends seeking the perfect spot for your annual reunion.

Ribboned by a grand avenue of majestic lime trees and with stunning views over the Avon Valley, Harry’s Meadow stretches over 40 acres of pristine parkland, so you can pick-your-perfect-pitch and build your very own summer palace within the meadow.

This will take you to the entrance of Harry’s Meadow.

You will see two large Harry’s Meadow signs at either side of the entrance. The entrance is on a sharp turn, so be careful turning in. Follow the arrows to reception, where you can get checked in.

Please check in with us at reception when you arrive; Reception is located to the right of the entrance gate.

Note: Please drive carefully around the small country lanes; they are narrow and have many blind bends.

Our brand new shiny shower block, complete with high pressured piping-hot showers, will leave you sparkling clean after a busy day of New Forest exploration whilst hot water washing up areas, fresh drinking water and squeaky clean loos provide comfort and convenience for all the family.

On top of that, handmade sourdough pizza, the irresistible Harry’s cocktails, locally crafted ales, creamy flat whites and of course freshly baked pastries available each morning will fuel your forest adventure.

Please note: there are no electric hook ups at Harry’s Meadow campsite.

In fact, there are so many swimming options to choose from during your stay, from a day trip to the beach to a dip in the much sought-after lakes at the nearby New Forest Waterpark.

What’s the difference between the campsites?

Harry’s Field is a family orientated, smaller campsite with proper flushing toilets and showers. It is in the centre of a village, with a pub next door and a village cafe nearby. There are walks and cycle rides from the gate and ponies and their foals surround the campsite.

Harry’s Meadow is set in the stunning grounds of a stately home with huge views and spectacular sunsets. There is plenty of room for all to spread out and for adults to tuck themselves away from families if they prefer. There is a village shop and excellent pub within short walking distance, walks and cycle rides from the gate and wild swimming spots nearby.

The Old Airfield is in the heart of the New Forest. A spacious campsite with big skies, near the most wonderful beaches, family orientated but large areas set aside for Adult only camping. There are walks and cycle rides from the gate, ponies and their foals surround the camping areas.
